Rich List‘s latest single ‘Esha Ness’ is pretty much a perfect example of how to do modern electro pop right and has one of the coolest breakdowns I’ve heard in a while.
Imagine the best of the Human League, transmitting dystopian pop melodies from space.
The band explain the track:
ESHA NESS was the name of the horse that famously won the 1993 Grand National that never was. After a second false start, the race was declared void. Unfortunately, nobody could get the message across to jockey John White. ESHA NESS ran the second fastest time in history.
